FOUNDATION AUTOMOTIVE is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Castle Rock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for helping customers find and purchase the right vehicle to meet their needs. You will need to be knowledgeable about our inventory, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with customers.


  • $9,000.00 Guarantee based on experience and 90-day running average sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers identify their needs and recommend suitable vehicles
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
  • Negotiate pricing and financing terms with customers
  • Work with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with customers
  • Continuously build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Keep up-to-date on new products and features in the automotive industry
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and showroom

Requirements:

  • WE want GOATS!
  • Brand New Dealership: Grand Opening within sixty days.
  • NEED…Experienced Professional Sales Personnel with 2+ years Automotive Sales Experience or related industry, with a good track record of 12+ Sales per month.
  • Excellent Pay and Bonus Structures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Great “Social Media” Aptitude and/or willingness to learn and understand the Aspects and Importance of social media and its presence in the Automotive Industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close the deal
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
  • Knowledge of financing options and ability to explain them to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
