Sanitation Lead
Pay: $23.00/hour – Paid Weekly
Schedule: 8:30PM-5:00AM Saturday – Wednesday (Off Thursday & Friday)
As a Sanitation Lead with EG Managed Services, you'll join our team as a long-term full-time employee. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits, and PTO at 90 days. In addition, with EXCEPTIONAL performance, there are opportunities for growth and promotions available! You'll be part of a team that works together to clean and maintain Aunt Millie’s in Plymouth.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sanitation procedures and protocols to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the facility
- Supervise and train sanitation staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas of the facility are clean and sanitized
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
- Monitor and maintain sanitation records and documentation for compliance purposes
- Collaborate with other departments to address sanitation issues and implement corrective actions
- Respond to and resolve sanitation-related emergencies or incidents promptly
- Comply with all GMP, Safety Procedures, Company Policies, Quality Policies, Hazard Analysis, and Critical Control Points as they apply to this position
- Operate aerial lifts to transport materials as needed
- Communicate problems or concerns with appropriate personnel
- Responsible for following all Food Safety policies, procedures, and regulatory criteria including the current SQF code, Good Manufacturing Practices, and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and associated Preventive Controls
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in sanitation practices and procedures
• Excellent attendance
• Reliable transportation is a must - there is no public transportation available
• Any required protective clothing or equipment is provided
