We are looking for shipping and receiving who will be accountable for the following but not limited to just these responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Shipping: Fabricate boxes, crates and skids for shipments
• Acquire rates from freight venders
• Produce necessary paperwork (packing slips, labels, bills of lading, etc.)
• Ship Fed-X, UPS, Couriers, etc.
• Assist customers and couriers with pick ups
• Load
• LFS shipping database daily
• Forward tracking information to customers as necessary
• Deliver completed paperwork to appropriate individuals
• Evaluate and approve shipping invoices
• Manage shipping supply needs
• Receiving- Unload and inspect incoming deliveries
• Notify the purchasing managers of any shortages, damages, etc. immediately
• Enter received goods information into PO database as they arrive
• Inventory: perform inventory counts as required
• Keep shelves clean, organized and labeled
• Warehouse: Keep warehouse organized and clean
• Keep all receiving and shipping docks open and uncluttered
• Close up at the end of the day
• Special projects and team assignments as required

Qualifications:

• Detail oriented
• Good organizational skills
• Strong Computer skills
• Packing 101- Basic understanding and concept of packing and shipping products safely
