- Manage production schedules. [CB1]
- Assess every project and allocate the required resources.
- Control the quality and standards of our content, ensuring that all MLS guidelines are met.
- Negotiate with third-party providers, vendors, and suppliers and ensure that we meet manage operational budget efficiently
- Select, order, and purchase materials. [CB2]
- Organize relevant training sessions.
- Audit our current production process and improve it.
- Manage the relationship with Apple/MLS, to deliver our content.
- Support content ideation for marketing and partnerships.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years in leading positions within the production world.
- Bilingual, a requirement
- Hands-on attitude.
- Knowledge of and deep passion for fútbol.
- Creative storytelling ability.
- Work quickly and accurately under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
- Good judgment in the decision-making process.
- Ability to work through problems in an efficient and courteous manner.
- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
