WA Sales Representative

Position summary:
The WA Sales Representative is responsible for driving Reuben’s Brews sales performance by delivering sales, distribution, and retail execution goals with a focus on Sales, On Premise Accounts in the Seattle area and all channels in the Bellingham area. This position enhances the awareness of Reuben's Brews beer by improving the availability and visibility of our beer in accounts. The WA Sales Representative will work closely with distributor partners to build strong relationships with their sales teams.
About us:
Reuben's Brews is a family brewery that opened in 2012. We brew from the glass backwards: designing each beer with intention, unbound by constraints. We know making the extra effort is worth it. We are the most decorated brewery in Washington, have two brewhouses, two tasting rooms, two private event spaces, and we distribute our beer predominantly in the Pacific Northwest. In 2023 we brewed 27,000 BBLs.
The role:
This role is responsible for the following:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with both distributors and accounts
- Brewery events in market
- Outer market visits to Bellingham with all channel call responsibility
- Meet annual sales barrelage goal
- Sales focus on On Premise in the Seattle area
Requirements:
- Required: 3+ year in beverage sales with a Supplier or Distributor
- Minimum 4-year degree or equivalent experience required.
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency with VIP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace
- Strong written and communication skills, with a relationship-building personality and high standards for customer service
- Organized, self-motivated, and has the ability to independently solve problems and manage time effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of the craft beverage industry and emerging trends

- Must have a clean driving record, own a reliable car, and be willing to travel
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift 35lbs and use dolly to transport/maneuver 170lbs Kegs
- Optional: Server-Certified Cicerone or Certified Cicerone
