Signtech Electrical Advertising Inc. is looking for experienced, driven, and detail-oriented Project Managers to join our thriving Project Management Team in sunny San Diego. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead sign projects from inception through closeout, ensuring quality, timeline, and profitability goals are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide clear direction across departments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and cost tracking.
  • Oversee all phases including bidding, design, engineering, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and completion.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in the sign industry.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred. (project management, construction, or related field).
  • Strong understanding of blueprints, site drawings, and architectural plans.
  • Experience in construction industry or manufacturing a big plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and across the US as needed.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP systems experience preferred.
  • Bilingual skills a bonus.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary. ($60,000-75,000).
  • Bonus Incentive Program: Earn up to an additional $25,000 above annual earnings based on invoiced sales volume and performance metrics.
