Candidate MUST have a current driver’s license, be able to pass a drug screening, have a good driving record, and be able pass a background check. Candidate must also have a very stable work history. Company will provide training  Nice benefits, stable, growing company.

Location: Centrally located in Houston, Texas
Compensation: Starting at $22/hour, with flexibility based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Vinyl Installer to join our
growing billboard company in Houston, Texas. This role involves
climbing and applying graphics to outdoor billboards. The ideal
candidate will have experience in vinyl application, a strong work
ethic, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities
Vinyl Application: Apply vinyl graphics to a variety of surfaces,
ensuring smooth, bubble-free installations.
Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces prior to vinyl
application to ensure optimal adhesion.
Quality Control: Inspect completed installations for accuracy and
quality, making adjustments as necessary.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to
maintain a safe working environment.
Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and care for tools and equipment used
in vinyl installation.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to complete
projects efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications
Experience: Prior experience in vinyl application is required.
Billboard experience is a plus.
Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30 certification is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights and lift heavy
materials as needed.
Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean
driving record.
Background Check: Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
