We are seeking an experienced Lead Fabricator to organize projects while coordinating with other departments, customers, & vendors.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands illuminated signs and wants to move into a leadership role.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate fabrication, service, and installation projects from start to finish.Review work orders, drawings, and specifications before production.Create and organize job folders.Schedule fabrication, service calls, surveys, and installations.Coordinate with customers, contractors, electricians, and vendors.Track project progress and keep jobs moving on schedule.Help maintain quality control and ensure jobs are completed correctly and on time.Qualifications5+ years of experience in the illuminated sign industry preferred.Strong knowledge of sign fabrication, electrical signs, and installation methods.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Computer proficiency.Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.Compensation & Benefits – Sign on Bonus$30–$40 per hour based on experience.Performance bonus program.Top performers can earn $75,000–$95,000+.Paid vacation and holidays.Opportunities for advancement.Work with one of the area's most respected sign companies.About N.A.S.
