Job Title - Lab tech Jr
Location - Gretna, LA
Duration - 6+ months with high possibility of extension
Pay rate - $18/hr on w2
Max pay rate $18 A B.S. degree in biology or chemistry is required. Bonuses-$1000 after 60 days and $1000 6 months (eligibility dependent on attendance, performance and behavior)
This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Conducts chemical and physical laboratory tests and makes qualitative analysis of materials, liquids, and gases. May also set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for the tests, research, or process control. Must possess diploma or degree at the Associate or Bachelor level, no experience required.
