ReceptionistPosition Overview:

The Receptionist will be responsible for overseeing the intake process for all incoming service requests, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers. This role in the intake coordinating with various departments and maintaining high customer service and satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect intake information from clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all details provided.
  • Enter client information into document management systems, maintaining organized and easily accessible files for efficient retrieval.
  • Conduct initial screenings to determine client service eligibility, following established criteria and guidelines.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and managing calendars.
  • Handle inbound potential customer calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations by demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and effective communication skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Handle stressful situations with composure and problem-solving skills, remaining calm under pressure to provide effective solutions and support to distressed customers.
  • Receive service requests from clients via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in the dispatch system, including client details, service requirements, and team assignments.
