Business Development Lead 

Here's how we like to partner with you

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Utilize various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events to identify and prospect potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for selling our products.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize outreach efforts to maximize efficiency.


Product Sales:

  • Actively promote and sell our products to prospective clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and demonstrating how our products can address those needs effectively.
  • Present product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, addressing any questions or objections they may have.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing revenue opportunities.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, solutions, and support to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Regularly engage with clients through meetings, calls, and email communications to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

Proposal Development and Presentation:

  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to develop customized proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of our products.
  • Present proposals to clients in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner, addressing any questions or objections they may have and closing deals effectively.

Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, providing regular updates and forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement in the sales process and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of 2-5 years in a business development or sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
