Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team of high achievers. With a number of high profile projects, our new team member will need to be detail oriented and bring broad experience in construction and project management.

 

Qualifications/Skills:

·         10 years experience overall

·         5 years experience with estimating, scheduling and managing vertical complex projects

·         CM, Civil Engineering degree or equivalent preferred

·         Competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) 

 

Ability to:

·         Work autonomously and have proven success in client/subcontractor relationships

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Handle pressure, meet tight deadlines and make independent decisions

·         Attentive to detail and the broader picture

·         Quick self-starter, team-oriented and able to work with different personalities and professional styles to complete tasks

·         Service and client-oriented personality

 

Responsibilities:

·         Produce, review and approve project schedules and micro-phases of work

·         Manage subcontracts and purchase orders

·         Ensure that work meets company expectations for quality of workmanship, conformance to contract, and adherence to schedule

·         Ensure that jobsites comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations, statutes, ordinances, rules and laws

·         Ensure that all employees, subcontractor employees, and visitors to the jobsite comply with company safety policies and procedures

·         Must be willing to travel, if required

·         Communication with Owner, A/E Team, project stakeholders

·         Understands and applies the company labor relations policies
