Senior Project Manager:  We are seeking an experienced Sr Construction PM with prior occupied hospital construction experience in Buffalo, NY.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management.
• PE or RA preferred; PMP a plus.
• Minimum 10 years overall construction management experience and 5 years as a Project Manager.
• Experience working on projects with a value in excess of $20MM per project.
• Must have the ability to be hands on and direct all facets of complex, large scale vertical infrastructure (buildings) projects.
• Proven experience overseeing general contractors on hospital projects since you will be the voice of the Client.
• OSHA 30.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle.

• Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills.
Essential Functions:
• Efficiently manage assigned workload.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project records and reports; input and manipulate data in applications and databases.
• Schedule, manage and/or attend project-specific meetings.
• Develop, prepare, and maintain various program-related reports, spreadsheets, logs, charts and/or databases.
Hourly Salary: $70.00-$80.00/hour (Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education.)
