The pay rate for this job is $22 - $25 / hour

Responsibilities:

Assist the company with scheduling and dispatch.
Maintaining and scheduling service calls, return trips, and on-call schedules for plumbers, technicians, and electricians.
Answering phone calls professionally, responding to customer concerns, and communicating with customers and technicians about service calls and job details.
Providing logistical support to technicians, organizing and receiving parts, and coordinating technician arrival times with customers.
Maintaining a customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
Heavy email use.
Must be proficient in typing, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite applications.
Would need to ride with the owner from time to time to the job site.
The software used is Service Titan - would be a plus if you are familiar with this software.
Experience with plumbing trade or skilled labor trades a plus.

Qualifications:

1 year experience minimum
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass a drug test
E-verify - Eligible to work in the USA
Be at least 18 years of age
