This is a full-time position, M-F, 8am to 5pm. Pay listed is starting range, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accounts receivable transactions and process customer payments
Send invoices according to company practices
Identify past due accounts and contact clients for payment
Maintain accurate records of transactions, contacts, memos, and correspondence
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a clerk
Quickbooks experience is highly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organization
Strong independent research ability
Must pass a state and federal criminal background check and drug screening.
