PAYROLL ANALYST CLERK


Position โ€“ Miami/Doral/Dallas

Full-Time, In-Person with potential for Partial Remote Work following successful completion of Introductory Period

The Payroll Analyst Clerk works in the Accounting and Finance Department, handling personnel cost accounting, back up documentation for accounting and payroll related reporting. Under the supervision of the CFO the Payroll Analyst Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll entry in accounting system, reconciliating the entry and file the appropriate backups, reconciliating the tax form and accounting. The Payroll Analyst Clerk possesses advanced knowledge of the reporting of ADP Workforce Payroll System and payroll bookkeeping.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Accurately process and post payroll transactions in the Accounting System.
  • Verify and reconcile payroll records to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, backup, and archival filing of payroll documents
  • Secure confidential documents
  • Verify personnel cost allocations and reconcile payroll accounts with the General Ledger.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports, including tax filings and compliance documentation.
  • Support the financial closing, tax, and audit activities related to Payroll Accounting.


Required Skills

  • Knowledge of general financial accounting, cost accounting and double entry posting
  • Understanding general accepted accounting principles: assets, liabilities, loss, and profit
  • Knowledge of ADP payroll system and reporting
  • Organized, diligent, accurate on entry posting, filing and detail oriented


Education and Experience:

  • Experience in the ADP Workforce payroll system required,
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferably,
  • One to three years of accounting experience.
