Hiring: Procurement Clerk

Location: North Chicago, IL 60064

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Clerk to support our procurement team through reporting, data analysis, contract review, and administrative coordination.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong Excel skills, procurement knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

ย Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Review and redline contracts
โ€ข Analyze procurement data and prepare KPI reports
โ€ข Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
โ€ข Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes
โ€ข Support business users through helpdesk activities
โ€ข Assist with invoices, purchase orders, and payment processes
โ€ข Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support procurement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:
ย 1+ year of Procurement experience
Strong knowledge of invoices, purchase orders, and payment processes
Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
KPI tracking and reporting experience using Excel
Familiarity with SAP Ariba (preferred), Service Now, and SAP systems
