Marketing Assistant

Our Law Firm is searching for an experienced, reliable, and task-oriented Marketing Assistant. The Marketing Assistant will work directly with the director of marketing and will be responsible for performing a number of marketing and administrative duties.

• Work with the Director of Marketing to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks.
• Assist in the development and execution of trade shows, event planning, and community relations projects.
• Oversee and manage the lead dispute process & lead generation reports for the three different firm verticals.
• Keep marketing materials in-stock and up to date by inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt.

Education and/or Work Requirements

• Associate's degree in marketing or similar field (required)
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a marketing assistant
• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple Products, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
