Groundskeeper

Groundskeeper Lee Brass is seeking for a qualified Groundskeeper to join our team. Qualified applicants will have a minimum three years prior experience operating various equipment to maintain and/or improve the appearance of the grounds and/or buildings. maintaining the grounds and conducting. Duties & Responsibilities: • Must be able to comply with Lee Brass policies. • Work outdoors in all weather conditions (to include heat, cold, rain, etc.) and be exposed to dust, allergens, and or other environmental factors • Must be able to complete all tasks as assigned within timeline expectation • Keeps lawn cut, shrubs trimmed, weeding and watering flower beds around main office • Previous experience operating equipment to include: lawn mower, tractor, chainsaw, weed-eater, leaf blowers, trimmers, sprayers, rakes, shovels, etc. • Perform daily inspection of all equipment prior to use; notify maintenance immediately of any repairs or operational issues • Must be able to climb ladders • Must be able to dispense chemicals and pesticides, and fertilizers (according to MSDS instruction) on lawns, fence lines, around buildings, and other identified areas. • Responsible for projects such as painting, pressure washing, pruning, tree trimming, tree and plant install/removal, as well as removing trash, leaves, and debris, etc. • Must be able to wear all required safety equipment at all times. • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance • Must be physically able to read, write, reach overhead and below the knees, stand, walk, stoop, carry, climb, twisting, turning, pulling, grasp, hold, kneel, squat, bend, lift repetitively for extended periods of time and on different terrains. Other Required Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required. • A valid driver's license is required. • Experience in operating and maintaining lawn mowers, tractors, and other power equipment is required. • Must possess the ability to work independently with little supervision and determine the necessary tasks to be performed
Primary shift: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm; Saturdays may be scheduled based off of need
