Fast-Growing DFW Commercial Construction Company has an immediate need for Full Time Construction Project Manager for Data Center Construction Projects for High-Profile Clients. BICSI ICT Certification - RTPM: Registered Telecommunication Project Manager preferred.
Description
The Project Manager - Mission Critical is the primary leader in the field, and is directly accountable for the safety, financial performance, and team development on site. This position is responsible for providing effective leadership to the project staff and ensuring quality and timely completion of the project. The Project Manager will lead the project team in the construction of the entire Project
- Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan
- Maintain thorough understanding of the Owner contract. Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions
- Manage the Project budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence
- to the overall project budget and risk management of the company
- Sustain continued reporting with the Program Manager, Project Director with regards to the progress of
- the project, financial reporting, forecasting of challenges, team performance and client expectations for
- the assigned Project.Implement and monitor training of all staff personnel
- Lead efforts to ensure timely pay application submission along with follow up to ensure timely and/or
- contractual receivables for the ProjectLead the quality assurance and/or quality control program for a given project
- Monitor Project Labor
- Develop, schedule and lead project close-out processes
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, subcontractors and owners to represent Company's core values
- Lead enforcement of safety policy, protocols and procedures for the company including site safety program as required and ensuring subcontractor compliance with Company standards, client standards, and all applicable safety codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Construction Management, Engineering or Technical related Degree: and/or 7-10 Years of experience in highly complex commercial or related construction projects
- Direct experience on mission critical project with In-depth knowledge of mission critical technology and/or processes required
- Possess thorough knowledge and experience in Construction Cost Estimating, Purchasing, Scope
- Development, Project Engineering and Project Team oversight
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
$125K - $165K Salary. Based on Experience
