D365 CRM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional expertise in the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and requirements, as well as experience in configuring and customizing D365 CRM to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:

-Drive and lead successful CRM Implementations

-Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements

-Configure and customize D365 CRM to meet client needs

-Provide functional expertise in the implementation of D365 CRM solutions

-Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional requirements, design documents, and test plans

-Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration of D365 CRM with other systems

-Stay up to date with the latest D365 CRM features and functionality to retain a deep knowledge of the product

-Create happy referenceable clients

-Transition clients to MSS after Go-Live

-Follow Boyer Project Methodology/Framework

-Communicate project issues

-Apply best practices and latest innovations

-Add value to clients

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in implementing and customizing D365 CRM solutions

- Strong understanding of business processes and requirements

- Experience with configuring and customizing D365 CRM, including workflows, business rules, and forms

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus

-Experience in Non-profit type CRM solutions a plus
