Canvassing Manager

Job Description:

Interstate Roofing is looking for a creative, independent and ambitious leader to join our team. Our field marketing department is in need of a leader to recruit, train, and manage a large team. This position is for an experienced manager wanting to increase earning potential and work for a successful, respected, local roofing company. Opportunity for growth is available to those who show the ability to lead a successful team. This is not an entry level position and requires an individual who takes pride in their work and understands their strengths and weaknesses well enough to leverage them in their management style. Industry experience is a plus but is not required.

This is an hourly position with uncapped bonuses. In addition to the $18-$22/hour you will receive bonuses as follows: $25/ every qualified lead that is set, $150/ every job closed and additional bonuses based on the team's performance.

In this role you will be working directly with the Sales Manager and creating new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leading and training canvass team, interviewing and hiring canvassers, leading weekly meetings, and holding the team accountable

• Tracking and entering leads set by your team

• Manage the team schedule and track hours for payroll

• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance and territory reports to the Sales manager

The Ideal Candidate:

• Dependable, Adaptable, Hardworking, People-Person

• MUST have previous management. 2+ plus years in a leadership role is ideal.

• 2+ years Sales and d2d experience is preferred but not mandatory

• MUST have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Canvassing managers are required to plan territory and execute a daily goal and quota.
