What are phone canvassers?

Phone canvassers are individuals who make phone calls to potential voters, customers, or supporters on behalf of organizations, campaigns, or businesses. Their primary goal is to gather information, persuade individuals, or raise awareness about a specific cause, product, or candidate. They often follow a script, ask targeted questions, and record responses to help inform future outreach strategies. Phone canvassers may work for political campaigns, non-profits, or market research firms and typically require strong communication skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
