You don't need a degree or five years of experience. You need energy, a good attitude, and the willingness to show up. If that's you, keep reading.

About Storm Guard
Storm Guard has been a trusted name in roofing and exterior restoration for over two decades. We're locally owned and nationally backed, committed to doing the job right every time. Our clients' peace of mind and the protection of what they've built guide everything we do. That commitment defines the Storm Guard Way: a disciplined approach built on knowledge, integrity, and lasting trust.

Our Core Values
  • Do the Right Thing. Integrity and ethical leadership in every decision.
  • Act With Enthusiasm. Energy and positivity that lift the whole team.
  • Innovate and Grow. Always improving, always evolving.
  • Show Respect for Others. Every person is valued and heard.
  • Create Exceptional Experiences. Excellence from first call to final handshake.
The Role
Here's the deal: you'll walk neighborhoods, talk to homeowners, and set appointments for our sales team. It's simple, but it's not easy. The people who do well here are the ones who don't quit when it gets uncomfortable. In return, you'll earn real money, build skills that transfer to any career, and work with a team that actually has your back. If you're in school, between jobs, or just looking for something flexible that rewards effort, this is it.

What You'll Do
Hit the Doors
  • Walk neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to Storm Guard's services.
  • Have real conversations. No scripts, no pressure. Just be genuine and helpful.
  • Generate leads and book appointments for the sales team.
Represent Storm Guard
  • Be the first face of our brand in the community. First impressions matter.
  • Share what Storm Guard does through short, interactive presentations.
  • Build referral relationships by delivering a great experience at every door.
Stay in the Loop
  • Join daily team check-ins and planning sessions.
  • Track your activity in our canvassing software so you can see your own progress.
What You Bring
  • A personality. You're the kind of person people enjoy talking to.
  • Thick skin. Not every door will open. You don't take it personally, and you keep moving.
  • Self-discipline. Nobody's micromanaging you. You manage yourself.
  • Hunger. You want more, and you're willing to work for it.
  • Coachability. You listen, you learn, you get better.
  • Availability. MonFri, 3 PM to 8 PM, and two Saturdays per month, 10 AM to 2 PM.
What We Offer
  • Real training. We teach you communication, sales, and marketing skills you'll use for the rest of your career.
  • Performance bonuses. The harder you work, the more you earn. Period.
  • A flexible schedule. Built for students, side hustlers, and anyone who values their time.
  • Tech tools. Canvassing apps and CRM systems so you're not tracking things on sticky notes.
  • A path to grow. Many of our top salespeople started right here, knocking doors.
  • A team that feels like family. We show up for each other, celebrate together, and build something we're proud of.
Ready to Start?
No resume required. No experience necessary. Just bring the energy, and we'll teach you the rest. Apply today.

This is a door-to-door role performed in various weather conditions.
