RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promptly paying and tracking incoming invoices.
- Oversee email and phone communications related to donor support and giving inquiries.
- Manage expenditure tracking and financial reporting processes.
- Maintain records and reporting of high-dollar contributions.
- Maintain website accuracy, functionality, and content.
- Complete various tasks assigned by the Administrative Manager and Executive Team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent oral, written, and professional communication skills
- Knowledge of Google Suite and data entry
- Passion for conservative ideas and principles
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- VERY detail oriented
"WOW" SKILLS:
- Past administrative experience
- Prior involvement with Turning Point Action, its affiliates, and/or political campaigns.
- Prior use of Airtable or other relevant basic design platforms.
