What You’ll Do As a Customer Success Manager

you’ll have the opportunity to work cross‑functionally and gain hands‑on experience in political tech, customer advocacy, retention strategies, and relationship management. You’ll be part of a small, fast‑moving team with real responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Managing our Intercom customer service platform, ensuring a high level of customer support
  • Maintaining support documentation and processes; making recommendations and spearheading improvements of both
  • Developing communication strategy to ensure customers are constantly updated on new releases and features in the platform
  • Synthesizing customer feedback into product strategy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience volunteering, or as a paid staff member, on a political campaign or with another grassroots organization
