Architectural Designer

HEY! We are looking for you. Robinson Hill Architecture, Inc., is currently seeking a talented Architectural Designer with commercial knowledge and experience in retail, restaurant, and hospitality. What do we need from you? Good question, someone who is a problem solver, adaptable, flexible, dependable. We are looking for a creative Architectural Designer who will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects for our clients. In this position, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements. You will also be expected to create detailed drawings and specifications, as well as oversee the construction process to ensure that the final product meets the design standards.. You should also have working knowledge of ADA & building codes. Be a Team player who can add to the office Culture, communicate clearly, and is willing to learn. This position is full-time in office. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Performs routine architectural drafting, design development, research and compile data as required by the project
• Create and develop architectural designs and concepts for various projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design integrity and quality.
• Responsible for correcting and updating drawings
• Works on copies of design sketches and layouts prepared by others.
• Maintain accurate scheduling to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
• Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications
• You will assist Managers of all levels in the execution of specific assignments

·         Prepare presentations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documents

·         Work on research for product and construction methods related to projects

·         Review and process construction administration documents
