Job description

We are seeking an Architectural Designer for assignment in Boise, Idaho. The selected candidate will help design state-of-the-art microelectronics facilities, data centers and other advanced industrial and commercial facilities.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • * This position is on-site in Boise

This position requires Revit experience
Responsibilities
  • Layout and design of spaces, rooms and systems
  • Participate in code review and discussion
  • Prepare deliverables for all phases of the project including models, plans, elevations, sections, schedules and details
  • Support design and architectural leads for meetings, proposals and construction documents
  • Attend and participates in design status updates in meetings both internally and externally as needed
  • Provide specifications input and comments where appropriate
  • Coordinates designs and deliverables and resolves conflicts with / between all disciplines and existing field conditions where required
  • Perform field survey of existing conditions
  • Respond to design and coordination requests, conflict resolution requests and information sharing requests
  • Provide labor estimates
  • Reviewing and processing submittal documents

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with Navisworks and Bluebeam
  • Experience in industrial building design or other high tech facilities
