Job description

Architectural Designer - Commercial Projects (Remote)

We are seeking an Architect with a minimum of 7 years of recent experience designing commercial buildings and projects. This position will play a key role in leading projects from conceptual design through construction administration while collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal project teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design and production for commercial, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, office, mission-critical, and other projects.
  • Develop construction documents, specifications, and permit packages.
  • Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication.
  • Review drawings for quality, code compliance, and constructability.
  • Support construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, and site observations.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of current commercial and\or industrial architectural experience.
  • Extensive experience with larger buildings and complex project types.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit is required.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction documentation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
