$100,000 + at plan commission

• Develop and implement your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory.
• Cultivate relationships with potential customers, converting leads into loyal clients and generating positive online reviews.
• Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through to project completion.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and exceed targets.
• Inspect roofs to determine the best solution for the property owner.
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required.
• Represent Valcore Roofing with professionalism and integrity at all times.
• Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events as requested.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Account managers are responsible for handling payments from customers therefore only applicants of the highest moral caliber will be considered.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a cell phone, and a reliable vehicle with insurance.

Skills that are helpful but not required:

• Roofing or construction experience
• Previous sales experience
