Compensation:$100,000 + at plan commission
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory.
- Cultivate relationships with potential customers, converting leads into loyal clients and generating positive online reviews.
- Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through to project completion.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and exceed targets.
- Inspect roofs to determine the best solution for the property owner.
- Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required.
- Represent Valcore Roofing with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events as requested.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Account managers are responsible for handling payments from customers therefore only applicants of the highest moral caliber will be considered.
- Must have a valid driver's license, a cell phone, and a reliable vehicle with insurance.
Skills that are helpful but not required:
- Roofing or construction experience
- Previous sales experience
