Job Description
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
● Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
● Insurance bad faith and coverage litigation and complex commercial litigation experience preferred.
● Extensive deposition, oral argument, and trial experience preferred.
● Extensive 1st chair experience as a hands-on leader of cases and work, rather than delegating, preferred.
● Federal and state court experience preferred.
● Some portable business is a plus, but not required.
● Experience in either a large or boutique law firm preferred.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
- 10-15 years of experience preferred. Must be
- Experience with insurance bad faith and coverage litigation and complex commercial litigation is preferred.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Washington.
- An ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and give practical, business-friendly advice is required.
- Willing to often work in-person (remote flexibility is possible).
