Infusion Registered Nurse Job Summary:

MGA Homecare is seeking dedicated clinicians for Pediatric Visits cases throughout the Phoenix area. In this RN role, you will be responsible for performing anywhere between 5 and 20 visits per week where you will administer one-on-one care to pediatric patients based on our personalized and holistic approach to nursing. Our ideal candidate would understand that quality nursing encompasses more than just the clinical aspects of the job as our families depend on MGA’s commitment to delivering the highest level of comprehensive care. This position is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse seeking a flexible schedule to get valuable experience while leaning on our MGA team for any clinical and administrative support you might need.

You will:

Practice safe delivery of physician-ordered care to patients in a home or school environment
Administer medications, feedings, and/or TPN/Lipids via G/J-tube or Central Line
Provide Tracheotomy, feeding tube, ventilator, central line, and urinary catheter management and care
Provide education to the family and/or care team on processes and procedures regarding the patient’s medical equipment and care
Provide concise documentation using the latest digital EMR technology with a company-assigned tablet (no paper charting!)

What we are looking for:

Must have 1 year of infusion related experience within the last three (3) years
2 years of home health experience preferred in the past five (5) years
Minimum 2 years nursing experience within the past five (5) years
CRNI certification preferred but not required
A compassionate RN interested in home care opportunities throughout Phoenix and surrounding cities
An active AZ (or compact state) Registered Nurse license
IV/Central Line Certification and Fingerprint clearance card
Able to perform the necessary physical requirements of the position
