Job Description

MEP Engineering/Consulting firm is looking for a BIM technician. In this role, your responsibilities revolve around providing support to project managers and the engineering team via drafting, managing Revit models for MEP systems, maintaining the Revit database, and managing AutoCAD designs.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days a week at their office located in the Western Front Range area. Position offers a salary of 60-80k depending on experience.

Qualifications:

3-5 years’ experience as a BIM Technician
Revit proficiency
AutoCAD proficiency
MS Word, Excel, and FTP software proficiency
Ability to effectively collaborate with project managers and other teams (ex. architectural, mechanical)
Classification of engineering drawings/models
Outstanding communication skills and organizational ability

Pluses

Experience in MEP consulting
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Design or similar fields
