No Experience? No Problem!

• Licensing/Tax Experience: Not required!
• Leads: Abundance of exclusive, inbound leads from our branded online, radio, TV ads, and financial service referral partners.
• Training: Comprehensive 90-day in-office training program, followed by a hybrid work schedule opportunity.

As a pivotal first contact, you will engage with prospective clients seeking financial counseling and tax resolution services. Your role involves:

• Handling inbound inquiries and conducting outbound calls to understand client needs.
• Qualifying clients for our suite of services and guiding them toward the first step of tax relief.
• Collaborating with our legal team to ensure a smooth transition for client case management.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2+ years in a related field preferred, but not mandatory.
