Job description

About Us:
Tax Resolution Plus Inc. is a premier tax representation and financial advisory firm. We help individuals and businesses navigate complex IRS and state tax liabilities, offering them a lifeline and a fresh financial start. We are experiencing massive growth and are looking for a high-energy, empathetic, and relentless Sales Closer to join our inbound/outbound consultative sales team. If you are highly motivated by uncapped commissions and love closing high-ticket deals, this is your seat.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
  • Close Warm Leads: Conduct deep-dive financial consultations with individuals and business owners who have reached out to us struggling with tax debt.
  • Consultative Selling: Analyze prospective clients' IRS notices, diagnose their tax issues, and present our custom resolution strategies (OIC, Installment Agreements, CNC, etc.) as the ultimate solution.
  • Build Urgency & Value: Masterfully handle objections, establish deep trust, and close high-ticket service retainers over the phone.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Maintain rigorous follow-up with prospective clients in our CRM to ensure no deal slips through the cracks.
  • Collaborate with Compliance: Work hand-in-hand with our backend tax attorneys and enrolled agents to ensure a seamless hand-off once a deal is closed.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
  • Minimum 1 year of phone sales or retail sales experience. No tax experience required—we provide a comprehensive, world-class training program on tax lingo. You just need a relentless work ethic, a coachable attitude, and a voice that commands authority over the phone.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
  • Resilience and a positive attitude; you view "No" as just a stepping stone to a "Yes."

What’s In It For You (Compensation & Benefits):
  • Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (Our top closers easily make six figures).
  • Warm, high-intent inbound leads provided daily—no cold calling random lists.
  • Comprehensive training and mentorship from industry veterans.
  • Professional, high-energy, and supportive office culture with clear paths for upward management mobility.
