Now, were on a mission to scale our business from $8M to $12M in two years, and we need a strategic, hands-on sales leader to make it happen.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead, grow, and optimize our high-performance sales team (~15 reps). If you have a proven track record of scaling revenue, building high-performing sales teams, and driving consistent, predictable growth, this is your opportunity to take ownership and make a significant impact.
What Youll Do:
  • Lead and drive the inside sales team (10-15 reps) to consistently exceed revenue targets
  • Recruit, train, and retain top-tier sales talent to ensure peak performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to scale revenue from $8M to $12M in two years
  • Set aggressive but achievable KPIs and continuously optimize processes
  • Create a culture of excellence, accountability, and high-energy performance
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competition, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with President to align sales objectives with company goals
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales, resolution, and customer care
What Were Looking For:
  • Track record of driving $10M+ in annual revenue (preferably in financial services, tax resolution, or a high-ticket B2C service industry)
  • Proven experience in leading, scaling, and managing high-performing sales teams - inside sales and call center experience a plus!
