They are looking to hire a Tax Director that will play a key role in the Finance Department as they will be responsible for building out the tax function, hiring a team around them, leading all communication for tax related inquiries, solving complex tax issues and driving compliance.

They are looking to hire a Tax Director that will play a key role in the Finance Department as they will be responsible for building out the tax function, hiring a team around them, leading all communication for tax related inquiries, solving complex tax issues and driving compliance.
Responsibilities:
Required Experience:
- Income Tax Accounting
- ASC 740
- Quarterly & Annual Tax Provision
- Review of US sales tax returns
- Review of US income tax returns
- Experience with complex US Federal and State credits/incentives
- Review and assist with preparation of domestic and international estimated tax payments
- Review and assist with tax footnote preparation to comply with accounting standards
- Assist with the establishment and drafting of corporate tax policies
- Manage internal tax controls
- Experience collaborating with a team of skilled tax professionals
- Experience training, developing, and fostering professional growth among a team
Preferred (but not required) Experience
- Exposure to global transfer pricing rules and regulations
- Experience leveraging tax technology
- Exposure to Tax considerations in M&A transactions
- Experience with ad hoc tax research
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years working in the corporate tax function at public companies, and/or with a Big4 tax advisory firm
- CPA and/or JD with Tax concentration/specialization
