  • Commission: $12,000 – $17,000+ per month
  • Top Earners: Upwards of $240,000+ annually
  • No commission cap = unlimited income

If you know how to sell, this is the kind of role where your paycheck reflects it.

PAID SALES TRAINING & SUPPORT

  • Learn directly from high-performing sales managers
  • Hands-on training with real call scenarios, scripts, and objection handling
  • Ongoing 1:1 coaching and feedback to sharpen your closing skills

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Take inbound calls from motivated prospects ready to take action
  • Run structured discovery calls to understand each client's situation
  • Recommend and enroll clients into tailored tax resolution programs
  • Own your pipeline from first call to close
  • Build trust through a consultative, empathetic sales approach
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets

WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT

  • 1–2+ years of sales experience (call center or high-volume preferred)
  • Confident closer with strong communication skills
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and money-motivated
  • Able to build trust quickly and handle sensitive conversations
  • Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once

Even if you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply — we value drive and potential.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE

  • Warm inbound leads only = no cold calling
  • High earning potential with uncapped commission
  • Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company
