Roles and Responsibilities: As a member of our installation team, you will be responsible for:

• Efficient removal and installation of windows and doors, ensuring precision and quality craftsmanship.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized job site to uphold our commitment to excellence.
• Verifying the proper functioning of all windows and doors post-installation.
• Installing required window and door hardware with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiently handling the removal and installation of interior and exterior trim.
• Troubleshooting and addressing issues related to windows and doors.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid driver's license.
• The ability to pass a background check.
• Capability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors, showcasing adaptability.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Coachability and a desire to learn.
• Excellent time management skills.

Preferred Traits: Ideal candidates will also have:

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in window and door installation.
• Prior experience in new construction and remodel projects.
• Effective troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of power tools.

Pay: $21.25 - $31.25 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Carpentry: 1 year (Preferred)
• out door work: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
