About the Role:

As a Window & Door Service Technician, you will work closely with our sales team, vendors, and customers to provide high-quality post-installation service and technical support. You'll be the trusted expert homeowners rely on - diagnosing issues, coordinating with manufacturers, and ensuring each product performs as intended.


This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent organization skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and service screens, balances, glass, sashes, muntins, and related components
  • Perform window and door adjustments, cleaning, and job site cleanup
  • Evaluate homeowner concerns and determine appropriate corrective solutions
  • Understand and apply proper installation methods and functional performance standards
  • Complete service work related to installation or manufacturing issues
  • Resolve service calls efficiently and accurately
  • Travel to customer homes to inspect and repair window and door products
  • Order parts and coordinate directly with manufacturers' service departments
  • Complete warranty and service documentation accurately and on time


What We're Looking For:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum five years of experience in window and door service
  • Background in window service, door service, or finish carpentry
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work safely from ladders
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally and empathetically
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
