Residential Window & Door Service Technician
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented window and door service technicians to join our team on a contractor basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience installing windows and doors, along with excellent finishing skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to partner with a well-organized company known for its supportive team environment and quality craftsmanship.
Residential Window & Door Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Install custom-manufactured replacement windows and patio/entry doors with precision and care
- Perform light carpentry and residential construction tasks as needed to complete installations
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and delight homeowners with the final result
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with clients during projects
- Work independently with your own crew, vehicle, and tools (including a brake)
- Adhere to all job site safety and cleanliness standards
- Maintain flexibility to work Monday through Saturday based on project demand
- Represent the company's values and professionalism at every job site
Residential Window & Door Service Technician Requirements:
- 2+ years of window and door installation or service/repair experience strongly preferred
- Experience with residential exterior product repair required, i.e. windows, doors, siding, roofing
- Valid drivers license and ability to drive a company vehicle
