Enjoy regular 3-day weekends working in Bloomer as a Production Associate. Great benefits package available once a permanent position is offered! You will be working with your hands, using a tape measure, building, assembling, and other various manufacturing duties for a company who produces aluminum windows and more.

POSITION – Window Manufacturing Associate

JOB LOCATION – Bloomer, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (6:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday)

STARTING PAY – $18.00 per hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous manufacturing experience required, ideal candidate will have solid work history

Associates will be working in a warehouse setting producing and manufacturing windows. You will be part of a team where ideally you are cross trained into various positions. Some duties will include loading windows and handling production supplies and materials, cleaning glass, and other general miscellaneous warehouse duties including building frames for the windows and cleanup. We are looking for someone who enjoys going to work daily and learning multiple tasks and job duties. An ideal candidate will have a solid work history and be committed to excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

Flexibility to cross train

Read a tape measure, caliper and other tools

Basic computer skills, proficiency with Windows and Android operating systems

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Detail oriented

Able to maintain quality standards

Able to read and interpret work orders

Work mandatory overtime as needed

Qualifications

- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic and good attendance history

- Willingness to learn and work safely

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally, practice team lifting

- Great attitude and willingness to work as a team

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997.
