Job description

Description:

The General Laborer will work on our assembly line supporting the production of windows. This is an entry level role, and we will fully train the right candidate. Experience in window or door manufacturing is a plus but not required.  This position is suitable for all genders.  


Key Responsibilities 

• Work on the assembly line building window components 

• Use hand tools and equipment (training provided) 

• Load/unload materials or assist with product movement 

• Perform quality checks and follow production standards 

• Maintain work area safety and cleanliness 

• Support general shop tasks as needed 


 Assignment Details 

• Shift: Day shift –Tuesday to Friday 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

* 10 hour shifts

• Duration: Temp-to-hire based on performance 

• Pay:  $18.00 to start - Depending on Experience

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and consistently during the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the day
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced assembly environment
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to follow safety instructions, production procedures, and supervisor direction
• Basic English comprehension (safety, instructions, signage)  
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience
• Experience using hand tools (drills, screwdrivers, tape measure, etc.)
• Familiarity with production lines or quality checks
• Background in window or door manufacturing is a strong plus
