Our systems have been installed across the U.S., including at the headquarters of the U.S. Department of Energy, Con Edison, and 3M. INOVUES is backed by global building technology leader Saint-Gobain and was recognized by TIME as one of America's Top Greentech Companies.
About the Role:
We're seeking motivated Product Specialists to join our growing team - multiple positions available.
This hybrid role combines shop fabrication (~80%) and field installation (~20%), offering variety, skill development, and direct involvement in bringing our cutting-edge energy retrofit systems to life.
You'll work closely with senior product specialists, engineers, and operations staff to support all phases of fabrication, assembly, installation, and quality control. This role involves periodic travel to out-of-state project sites.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Shop Fabrication:
  • Pull, cut, and prepare materials per project cutlists and drawings.
  • Fabricate aluminum frames, install glass, and assemble completed products.
  • Perform quality checks on all frames, glass, and components to ensure compliance with standards and drawings.
  • Verify vendor packing lists, manage inventory, and report discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain production efficiency.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance product quality and safety.

Field Installation & Support:
  • Take accurate field measurements of existing windows, frames, and glass.
  • Prep openings and install secondary windows / inserts.
  • Apply caulking and sealants for weatherproofing and insulation.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and installation teams to ensure quality standards and adherence to schedule.
  • Observe and support field installations to ensure consistency with INOVUES' standards.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • 0-3 years in window or curtain wall fabrication / installation (preferred).
  • Trade school or apprenticeship certification (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.

Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read blueprints and take precise measurements (fractions/decimals).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Physical & Safety Requirements:
  • Ability to safely lift and move glass panels and materials up to 50 lbs (occasionally 80 lbs).
  • Operate hand/fabrication tools and machinery.
  • Stand or move for extended periods; work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Adhere to all PPE and OSHA safety protocols.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for multi-day assignments as required (typically out of state).

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Ownership opportunity (stock options) - share in the company's growth and success.
  • Tax-free health reimbursement (ICHRA) - choose your own plan, with monthly reimbursements toward premiums and other qualified medical expenses.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • On-the-job training and advancement opportunities into senior fabrication, field, or engineering support roles.
