Job description

We are a growing, local manufacturing company looking for the right person to join our group. Duties will include working in the window department. Assembling windows and prototypes. Candidates must be highly organized, have the ability to monitor quality of products, must pay close attention to detail, and be able to communicate effectively to management and the team.


Schedule: Monday through Thursday 5:00am-3:30pm (Fridays OT as needed)

Job Type: Full-time direct hire

Job responsibilities may include:

Be on time and have excellent attendance!

Produces components by assembling parts and sub-assemblies.

Positions parts and sub-assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.

Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and sub-assemblies.

Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.

Cleaning, washing, and buffing windows.

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Organize Inventory in an easy to access process.

Maintain parts and tools clean.

Uses tools provided to complete production flow.

Skills and Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Previous manufacturing experience a plus but not required

Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs frequently.

Ability to show up to work on time each day with a positive attitude and willingness to work with a team!!
