Window & Door Sales Consultant  – Windows, Doors, Hardware & Moulding
Culver City, CA

Anderson Moulding is seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Showroom Sales Consultant to join our Culver City team. We are looking for a professional with at least 1 year of direct industry experience in window and door sales who can confidently manage showroom sales, work independently, and deliver exceptional customer service.
This is a full-time, in-showroom sales position focused on assisting homeowners, contractors, builders, and walk-in customers with product selection, quoting, and order management for windows, doors, hardware, and moulding products.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the window and door industry, understand product applications, and be comfortable handling the sales process from initial customer contact through order completion. This position requires someone who is organized, accountable, and capable of managing their workload with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist walk-in customers, contractors, and homeowners with product selection and project needs.
  • Generate quotes, sales orders, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Sell and promote windows, doors, hardware, and moulding products.
  • Provide product knowledge, technical guidance, and recommendations based on customer requirements.
  • Follow up on quotes and maintain communication with customers throughout the sales process.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain showroom displays, product literature, and overall showroom organization.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, customer inquiries, and order-related follow-ups.
  • Stay informed on product updates, manufacturer changes, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of window and door industry sales experience (required).
  • Strong product knowledge in windows, doors, door hardware, and moulding.
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities without direct supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience preparing estimates, sales orders, and customer invoices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer projects at once.
  • Reliable, professional, and accountable.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
