Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling aluminum window frames and installing window hardware while ensuring all products meet company quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble aluminum window frames according to production drawings and work instructions.
  • Install window hardware, including locks, handles, hinges, rollers, and other components.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Read and interpret production orders, specifications, and assembly drawings.
  • Identify and report defects, material shortages, or production issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
  • Assist with packaging, material handling, and other production duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience installing hardware in aluminum window frames is required.
  • Experience in window, door, or aluminum fabrication manufacturing environments is preferred.
  • Ability to read measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
