INTERN - MARKETING

Marketing Intern

BB&E is currently looking for a communicative and proactive intern to become a valuable member of our business development and marketing team this summer. Our company specializes in civil, energy, and environmental engineering services and has recently enhanced our in-house marketing efforts. We are excited to offer you the opportunity to contribute your creativity to our team!

Responsibilities:

• Create LinkedIn graphics and content
• Implement our new brand across more internal and external marketing materials
• Develop a life page on our LinkedIn page
• Assist the development of our “home” SharePoint page
• Design templates
• Convert our favorite factsheets into editable versions
• Organize marketing materials across canva and shared folders
• Implement occasional website items including photos, project descriptions or short news articles.
• Source and organize project photos and upload them to our CRM and marketing platform
• Develop annual holiday card graphic designs
• Create and organize one-off marketing materials including advertisements, conference posters, and internal marketing promotions.

Preferences:

Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, Canva, and Sharepoint

Setting: In-person or hybrid (2-3 days per week in office), based out of our Northville, MI office.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 60% of the time.
• Operate office equipment, including computer, copy machine, phone, etc.
• Light lifting, under 10 lbs.
• Ability to work on-site 2-3 days a week.

Compensation:

Hourly salary is available for this role. Salary is based on education and experience.
