Insurance Representative

We are seeking an experienced Property and Casualty Senior Sales and Service professional to join our team in our Burlington NC location. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and service of our property and casualty insurance products. This position requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of the insurance industry, and a proven track record in sales and service.

Responsibilities:

1      Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies for property and casualty insurance products

2      Develop relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction

3      Negotiate contracts with clients

4      Provide technical support on product features

5      Manage client accounts including renewals, cancellations, and other changes

6      Prepare technical reports on product performance

7      Analyze market conditions to identify trends, opportunities, and threats

8      Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, web content, etc.

9      Train staff on product features and sales techniques

10   Monitor customer feedback to identify areas of improvement

11   Participate in industry conferences to stay up to date on developments in the field

12   Requirements: Active NC Property and Casualty License,   Minimum Three Years of agency experience, Experience with an Agency Management System (i.e. AMS 360, Hawksoft, Applied Epic, etc.), Successful insurance sales and business development experience, Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., N.C. Life Insurance License - Preferred, Ability to speak Spanish - Preferred
