Quality Manager - Ride Control

CarPro Services is looking to expand its fast growing team through addition of a Quality Manager for Ride Control. The candidate would work with both the internal CarPro Services team, along with daily interface with both retail aftermarket customers and end customers (repair garages. Overall mission is to serve as an interface between the actual results being realized in the market and making recommended improvements to the factories designing and developing the parts. The candidate must have the following:
- Basic understanding of the automotive aftermarket ecosystem and main working systems on cars
- Understand of how ride control/shock and strut products are sold to the garage.
- Ability to improve installation and diagnosis instructions and training garages on best practices for installation.
- Understanding of major warranty and parts returns and ability to provide solutions for improving them in the future.
Past experience with other Ride Control solution providers (i.e. Gabriel, Monroe, KYB) is a plus for this position. Up to 50% travel can be expected.
