Pay: $19+ depending on experience

Title: Die Setter- Press Operator

Location: East Tulsa

Pay Rate and Hours: $19+ depending on experience 7am-4pm Monday through Friday

Job Description: Responsible for the set up and maintenance of our hydraulic presses used for the powdered metal parts pressing operation. Must use the proper dies, tools and make all of the necessary adjustments, to ensure that the powdered metal parts meet all quality specifications.

Setup and maintain correct adjustments on several presses, assure that the proper tools and dies are placed into the press, perform inspection of parts for cracks and chips, Accomplish the setup in a timely manner, communicate changes / adjustments made to the presses.

Skills: Duties include loading furnace, unloading furnace, keeping and monitoring belt speed, temperature and dew point, vibe loading vibe, unloading vibe, inspecting parts for flash and finish, drying parts, dipping parts in protective finish, housekeeping such as sweeping and minor maintenance such as checking and changing lubricants. Some forklift operation.
