We are seeking a full-time Business Office Assistant to join our team.   In-office position must be local to the Sacramento Area.

Responsibilities:

• Distributing all incoming mail, collecting and processing out-going mail for the Business Office.
• Scan documents to PDF (i.e. fee tickets, attachments, EOBs, cash logs, payer correspondence, etc.).
• Print and mail paper claims with attachments, if necessary.
• Process patient credit card payments.
• Provide various other clerical support to the Business Office departments as needed.
